Refund/Cancelation Policy:

In the event the trip is canceled by the host and is not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a FULL refund of all payments made towards the trip. If there is a reschedule of dates due to natural disasters, government bans, a global crisis, etc. you will receive full credit for the rescheduled retreat.

If you decide to cancel the trip before March 15th, you will receive a refund of funds paid, minus a deposit amount of $750.

Any cancelation received on March 15th - March 31st will receive a 50% refund.

Any cancellations beginning April 1st will be non refundable, and may receive credit for a future retreat, unless a replacement is found (as this is a small group tour).

You will need to carry your own travel insurance for medical/disaster related travel needs.
